DETAILED COURSE INFORMATION:
KEY INFO (objectives and methods):
This course is a land of energetic creativity and a celebration of expression, but also a mindful journey for the mind, body, and spirit. A journey in which you not only discover and deepen your dance/motor skills, but also receive support and have the opportunity for insight, transformation, and rediscovering your potential (not just creative). Working with emotions is also an important element.
All this through play, authentic expression, deep self-experience through the mind-body connection, as well as reflection and pause.

You will receive tools from the fields of contemporary dance in its broadest sense (primarily from the area of dance improvisation, where you can finally forget about the steps and surrender to fully uninhibited expression), as well as from the fields of therapeutic dance and elements of physical theater.

Here, you’ll learn (or deepen) the following methods: Dr. Detlef Kappert, Anna Halprin’s method (elements), and the original method of the instructor at Interart Dance. Elements of Qi Gong, Yoga, and relaxation techniques will also be present. Body awareness and mindfulness exercises will also be constantly present.

In this course, dance intertwines with other artistic disciplines, and movement expression techniques with mindfulness training. The course curriculum is unique, rich, and highly eclectic.

The course is led by a practitioner with twenty years of experience in bodywork and a passion for what she does. The grounding in specific methods provides a balanced and mindful approach to both dance and personal development. We don’t promise you eternal happiness 24/7 or a recipe for life, but rather a unique training for surfing the waves of life.

Additional strengths of the course include: the in-person format, regularity, and a competitive price – considering the program.

COURSE AS A CLOSED COMPLETE UNIT:
The course is a process (a series of workshops) and takes place in a CLOSED FORM, meaning in a fixed group.
The course is open-ended, and the course itself is designed to benefit both experienced and beginner participants.

11. “Abundance, comfort, and surprise.”
12. “I felt myself and others again after experiencing a huge loss in my life.”
13. “The magic of professionalism, the professionalism of magic.”

About the combination of CONTEMPORARY DANCE and THERAPEUTIC DANCE:
The intertwining of therapeutic dance and contemporary dance (here: dance improvisation), therapeutic dance, and other disciplines in this course is crucial and not accidental, as it trains the dancer not only in experiencing and releasing the content stored in the body, but also in body awareness, motor agility, and the use of  A specific form in movement. This approach allows the mind to keep pace with the body and facilitates self-expression, preventing us from getting stuck at the level of sensation, association, or imagination. The physicality both supports mental space and allows us to delve deeper into the process. Not to mention the side effect of improving physical fitness (so important for health).

4 PILLARS OF THIS COURSE:

1. DANCE IMPROVISATION
This is a calorie-rich celebration of your expression through movement/dance.
It is your unique way of expressing yourself in the language of movement.
It is movement in which you are the creator, creating new worlds, and within them, yourself anew. At the same time, this creation is movement that arises by letting go of control and judgment, and grounding yourself in the present moment in topics available in real time.

2. THERAPEUTIC DANCE:
It is meeting yourself more deeply and allowing yourself to be yourself. Change is not the goal, but happens through dancing with what is. It is an authentic expression of all your parts (both light and dark). What is noticed, allowed, and expressed changes form, often becoming your ally.

3. PHYSICAL THEATRE:
It is the encounter of theater and the body feeling in movement.
It is the shapes, gestures, and symbolism of the body.  It’s also a message/story in a language that the entire world understands without uttering a single word.
Body language is also the language of human emotions and feelings.
Our hands, forming gestures, are an extension of the heart, but the entire body also almost constantly forms gesture-shapes in response to the reality we experience, like a sensitive organic instrument.
Expect props here.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
– psychotic states
– psychotropic therapy (not contraindicated, but consultation with a doctor is required)
– advanced pregnancy and the very early postpartum period
– various types of inflammatory and acute conditions
– epilepsy
– glaucoma
– current, unresolved injuries
Situations requiring caution:
– high sensitivity to strong stimuli, e.g., loud noises
– use of pharmaceuticals
– general poor health
– long-term untreated depression
– long-term exhaustion or weakness

COURSE SUITABLE FOR:
– Both individuals with experience in the course topics and complete beginners or “greenhorns” (with an appetite for this particular course).
– Also individuals who are calling to dance, but perhaps haven’t previously given themselves the opportunity to pursue this specific need.  What you do on a daily basis doesn’t matter for your participation in the course.
Age doesn’t matter (as long as your body isn’t particularly worn out).
Teachers and performers of all stripes have the opportunity to gain a wealth of inspiration and knowledge here.

COURSE LEADER:

WERKA TYRPA
Spontaneous movement, AcroYoga, dance, and Play-Fight – these are special spaces for her to meet people in a state of flow. For eight years, she has been leading regular classes, retreats, and workshops in Solar and Lunar AcroYoga in Poland and abroad.

AcroYoga and Thai massage stole her heart in 2016. She began and continues her Nuad Bo Rarn practice at the Sunshine Network: Traditional Thai Yoga Massage and Ayurvedic Bodywork school, where she has also been a teacher training assistant since 2018. In 2021, she completed a full-time classical massage school with elements of physiotherapy. It was then that anthroposophical medicine, along with eurythmy and a new universe of possibilities, knocked on her door. In 2023, she completed a two-year course under the supervision of Michaela Schnur, an expert in anthroposophical care and treatment (IFAN).

During her internship in Thailand, she enriched her bodywork and emotional skills with tools such as Tok Sen, Guasha, and Chi Nei Tsang.

She shares her love of movement and conscious touch through the AcroTribe project. More: @acro_tribe

BASIA PSIUK
For over 10 years, she has been involved in AcroYoga, which combines everything she values in sport: strength and mobility work with fluid movement, structure with a sense of freedom, and individual effort with genuine collaboration based on trust.
Ballet training, martial arts experience, and eight years of pole dancing, including teaching, have shaped her approach to movement as a tool for building strength, control, and body awareness.
In her movement work, she focuses on quality and functionality, treating bodily health as the starting point of every workout. She strives for exercises that truly support fitness and resilience for years to come, without overuse or unnecessary injuries. In her classes, she combines solid technique and safety with an intensity tailored to the participants’ abilities, creating conditions for systematic development and satisfaction with training.

MARCEL DRWIĘGA
“I am eternally grateful to Justyna Górska for the whispers about attending acro yoga classes. I have been practicing Acro Yoga regularly for four years and participating in workshops to hone my skills and derive even more joy from this sport.

What I value about acro yoga is the positive energy and trust that is built with others during training, but also the relationships outside of classes that are built on them. The acro community is made up of decent people, and traveling to acro workshops, which take place all over the world, is much more enjoyable than visiting museums. Before I discovered acroyoga, I was a speed skater for over 10 years, and then I did CrossFit for a year and had a stint as a personal trainer. Now I pass on the power I’ve built to athletes who crave high flights.”

DM Clément or Monika

Biography

Clément L-K taught Brazilian Zouk for over 10 years, in Paris and internationally, until 2025.
Throughout these years, he developed a strong interest in pedagogy, movement quality, and body awareness, placing sensation and respect for the body at the core of his teaching.

In 2015, he founded Zouk Inspiration, a community through which he developed a pedagogy promoting diversity, creativity, and physical awareness in Brazilian Zouk. This space became a laboratory for exploration, allowing dancers to grow beyond stylistic labels and focus on fundamentals, connection, and personal expression.

Driven by curiosity, Clément traveled worldwide to train with leading dancers and teachers, immersing himself in a wide range of Brazilian Zouk approaches such as RioZouk, NéoZouk, MZouk, LambaZouk, and Flow. These experiences shaped his understanding of movement and led him to develop his own concept, Natural Way, an approach centered on organic movement, efficiency, and authenticity.

In 2025, Clément completed his Lambada Mastery training and decided to return to La Réunion. This period marked a significant transition in his artistic journey. His perspective on Zouk and Lambada evolved, leading him to see them not as separate dances, but as two expressions of the same movement language.

He then began a new phase of research, where Zouk and Lambada became two faces of a single dance, sharing common structures, principles, and intentions.
Today, this exploration takes shape in a new approach he calls Zouk Lambada — a vision that bridges tradition and evolution, structure and connection, grounding and flow.

‍♂️ This is a challenge that will allow you to gain greater levels of strength, endurance and stretch to achieve significant results in some of the most difficult poses in yoga like handstands and other inverted positions.

Voice and Body Harmony – a holistic voice work course
10 weeks of voice and body work – starting April 14, 2026

Did you know that…

…tongue tension can affect the sound of your voice?

…by mobilizing your spine, you support the function of your diaphragm?

…through movement and sound production, you can influence your body and emotions?

Every voice is unique! In this course, you will discover your voice in all its uniqueness and learn to produce it consciously.

What does the course offer?
tools for working with tension and a fuller sound
conscious use of body and breath structures
learning songs and experiencing shared sound in a group
discovering the creative potential of the voice and its individuality

How do we work? The course combines work using methods that best support the voice and emotions. Main areas of focus:

Voice and Body Harmony Method – original exercises combine imagination, body, breath, and emotions to consciously discover your voice and creative potential, appreciating its individuality and authenticity.

Kristin Linklater Method – we work with images that act as a compass in voice work. We consciously engage resonators and imagination; the exercises support movement and deepening of breathing, so the voice can sound fuller.

️‍♂️ Estill Voice Training – we focus on the physical aspects of the voice, providing tools to use the appropriate muscles and produce a healthy, full sound.

Voice Yoga – helps calm the body and mind, introducing a state of mindful concentration. This allows us to work in a state of action, but without tension, with full awareness of ourselves and our voice. This is not “couch potato relaxation,” but rather work in calm mindfulness.

Physical Theatre and Somatics – build strong posture, teach coordination and movement awareness, develop mental flexibility and resilience, and allow you to experience your voice in full body expression. They support group work and the creation of a shared sound.

Circle Singing and Song Learning – during the course, we work on repertoire, learning traditional songs and singing in a group. This develops your ear, musical memory, sense of rhythm, and shared sound.

HOW THE BODY WORKS. From somatic experience to contact improvisation – Agata Romankiewicz, Damian Oterman

We invite you to our Wednesday Contact Improvisation practices, during which we plan to slow down for a moment and create a space where, starting with conscious bodywork, we will move on to the practice of contact improvisation.

Our meetings will be divided into two parts:

⏰️ CONTACT WEDNESDAYS
Workshop: from 7:15 PM [Contact PRICE LIST] Jam from 9:00 PM [Admission: PLN 20]

No registration required, just show up.

The level is open – we will focus not only on the technical aspects but also on the qualities of Contact Improvisation practice, providing space for exploration and learning from each other.

We see Contact Improvisation as a dialogue shared on the floor and in the space – a practice that develops the ability to listen deeply and respectfully, addressing both our own needs and our partner’s boundaries.

Inspired by bodywork, Thai massage, Body Mind Centering, Axis Syllabus, the Feldencrisea method, as well as Aikido and NVC, we want this practice to be safer, more in tune with our psychophysical state, effortless, and less taxing on our joints – so we can enjoy this dialogue on the floor for longer 🙂

During this workshop:

You will develop awareness of muscle tension, learning when to engage and when to release them for smoother and more fluid movement.

Use active and passive movement roles, balancing support, sharing body weight, and developing fluidity.

Build trust through touch and giving and receiving weight, communicating, providing support, and sensitively accepting your partner’s body language.

To learn more about CI, we recommend reading here:
https://contactquarterly.com/contact-improvisation/about/

HOW TO PREPARE?

Please bring comfortable clothing that won’t restrict your movement – a long-sleeved T-shirt and pants that cover your legs are recommended (to make the practice more enjoyable and less invasive for the skin during floor exercises). We will practice barefoot or in socks. If possible, don’t eat for at least an hour before the workout so you can truly enjoy your body’s flexibility 😉

See you on the dance floor!

,A meeting around songs.” – Wiktoria Sędzimir

Start: January 23rd

These classes combine mindful voice and body work with immersion in traditional songs.

We focus on breathing and dissolving tension in the body, which often causes a blocked throat.
We seek spontaneity and the simple joy of being. We find the silence without which it is difficult to hear our own sound.
We learn to listen.

All this so that we can truly encounter our own voice and courageously accompany others in song.

Our goal is the journey. Song is the core on which we work, and in between, anything can happen.

I choose simple songs, most often Polish, around which we oscillate and repeat.

The classes are open to the public and are suitable for beginners.

Remember to bring a bottle of water and comfortable clothing.

FRIDAYS, 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM
No registration required, just Come along

KONTAKT PRICE LIST – We accept Kontakt Passes, single-entry tickets, and Medicover cards during classes.

We do not accept Multi Sport cards.

MEETINGS WITH MASSAGE CLASSES: HOLIDAY MONDAYS, 7:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M.

What can I say – the massage is great and that’s it 🙂
Massage can be an excellent and unique form of relaxation, relaxation, experiencing touch and contact with other people. It allows you to start healing processes on many levels. It helps with tense, painful muscles, and heals our bodies and minds – as long as it’s done properly.

Imagine a room full of women

You dance freely – gently, sensually, wildly. You express yourself in your full power and authenticity, like never before. You’re not afraid of being judged by other women in the room – you’re all there for the same reason. To celebrate all of your qualities. To dare to be yourself in the presence of other women. To see them as sisters, not rivals

I know how extraordinary it feels to be supported by other women as we step into our power — I’ve experienced it myself!

And I want you to feel it too

“Now the Body Speaks: Ladies Only” are workshops where, through movement, honest expression, touch, and connection with the body, we come back to ourselves – to what is true and alive. We embody it and dare to show it to the world

We don’t learn choreography. There are no mirrors, no correcting.
There is movement flowing from within – from need, from emotion, from the heart… and from our feminine womb

There is connection – with yourself and with other women.

There is playfulness, there are tears, there is the feeling of deep connection and wordless understanding.

There is wildness, sensuality, pleasure, and flow.

Does this sound like something for you? It is! If you wish to…

express yourself with even more courage and authenticity
enjoy the pleasure of dance and movement
awaken your feminine magnetism
connect with the energy and pleasure of your womb
celebrate yourself in all your shades
meet other wonderful women and feel their support
give yourself time just for you
see other women as sisters, not rivals

Jago

A few words about me:

My name is Jagoda. In dance and movement, I am fascinated by the relationship between the body and emotions. Dance moves me deeply. When I move, I feel alive. I also feel my limitations and difficulties as they show up in movement. When I feel like dancing, it’s a sign for me that I’m in the right place – that life energy is flowing through me. When I don’t feel that energy – dance helps me awaken it.

When I dance, sometimes I’m soft and gentle, sometimes wild and crazy. I love to play, to laugh, to listen, to be attentive. I love to give and to receive.

I’ve been dancing for as long as I can remember, but 7 years ago I discovered the therapeutic power of dance and began to see the body as a medium through which we experience reality. I have taken part in many workshops, courses, and festivals, including: Improvisation Methodology and Choreography & Movement Composition Workshops with Iwona Olszowska, the Course in Movement Composition, Contemporary Dance and Dance Therapy with Alicja Miszczor, Radical Somatics in Contact Improvisation with Christiane Cole.
I am a graduate of the Dance Therapy and Movement Analysis Techniques Course at the IBA Center for Dance and Movement Therapy. I completed certification in the Inner Alchemy method with Kamila Surma. Together with Agata Moląg, I lead dance classes in Kraków for people with Parkinson’s disease.

I created my own brand Czułe Ciało (Tender Body), through which I organize workshops, regular classes, and embodiment sessions for women. Czułe Ciało is a space where, through movement, spontaneous expression, and connection with the body, we come back to ourselves – to what is true and alive. It is a space where you can express yourself with even more authenticity and courage – the courage to be yourself, without censorship.

In my workshops, I use exercises accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. We dance solo and together. I draw inspiration from intuitive dance, contact improvisation, GAGA language, and Dance Movement Therapy.

SENTI Dance and Intimacy – Weekly Classes at Kontakt

⏰️ THURSDAYS in March, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

We invite you to regular, weekly Senti classes… a practice of feeling, presence, and intimacy through dance, movement, and conscious touch.

This is a space between dance and intimacy, between movement and truth.

No choreography. No pressure. With mindfulness of the body, boundaries, and emotions.

✨ What is Senti?

Senti is a practice that:

deepens connection with the body and senses,

supports regulation, breathing, and emotional presence,

teaches safe connection with oneself and others,

invites one to experience pleasure without rushing or purpose,

This is also a unique opportunity to experience Senti in a shorter format, thanks to regular classes at Kontakt.

♦️This is not a space for those seeking intense sensual work or purely technical dance training.

✨ Who are these classes for?

For people who:

enjoy dance and movement (contact impro, contemporary dance, yoga, somatic practices) and want to deepen their sense of feeling, not just form
long for closeness, presence, and nourishing contact
operate a lot in their heads and want to return to their bodies, breath, and senses
are curious about gentle, conscious sensuality, introduced with mindfulness
seek authenticity, not performance

Led by:

Sasha Moksha – dancer, co-creator of the Senti workshop, tantric masseuse, and guide to feeling through Dance and Touch. I guide women and men to feeling safe in their own bodies through work with mindfulness, touch, movement, and voice. I create spaces where we learn to regulate our nervous systems, feel more deeply, recognize our own boundaries, and accept pleasure without guilt. It’s a return to our roots… to feeling, fullness, and presence with what is truly alive.

Dance has accompanied me since the age of five. My path has led me through artistic gymnastics, ballet, Roma dance, contemporary dance, dance theater, burlesque, salsa, and voguing. For years, movement has been my natural language… a way to express emotions, regulate tension, and connect with what is alive.

I discovered tantra five years ago, and it very naturally woven into my life and the way I was already working with my body. It gave me the tools to gradually peel back the layers of who I was no longer and to increasingly embrace my gifts… as a feeling being and a woman. It brought more presence, truth, tenderness, and acceptance of pleasure to my dance.

From the combination of these two passions, Senti was born. The technique itself was created by Bartek Zieliński, and the workshop was developed through a collaborative process in which we combined our qualities, experience, and sensitivity. Senti is an invitation to return to the body as home… a place where you can feel, regulate yourself, connect, and live more fully.

WHAT IS A CONTACT IMPROVISATION?

Contact Improvisation is a form of dance of financial partners on the basis of touch, momentum, shared weight, and above all – following common contact.
This dance practice explores the skills of falling, rolling, counterbalancing, with minimal rescue, how to make yourself light during installation, centering and breathing techniques, and reacting to our partners and surroundings.
“Contact Improvisation is honoring every moment. It is the sweet surrender to have when our body is later faithful to what is happening now and now … and NOW!
We learn to recognize and distinguish subtle impulses in our movement choices and choices. We begin to decode the directions we give and receive that tell us when to lead or follow, when to go up, when to descend, where to touch, how to lift, when to slow down, and when not to move. In this form we stay honest in every choice, never forcing, never rushing.
When Body, Mind and Spirit are united in their instinctive wisdom, they sell themselves at home every moment, expressing their true nature “- Moti Zemelman

“Contact improvisation for an open exploration of the kinesthetic possibilities of bodies moving through contact. Sometimes wild and athletic, sometimes silent and meditative, it is a form open to all bodies and inquisitive minds.” Rey Chung

This very unconventional form of dance / movement of countless challenges and stimuli for the development of the spontaneous intelligence of our bodies. A variety of quality, pace, levels, work with balance, workload and the other person; constant, moment by moment changeability. I fell in love with improvisation contacts from the first contact
I love KI for its extraordinary freedom and freedom of expression, for its unpredictability, for being present, with itself and with a partner, for how it pulls us powerfully into the present moment, where we spontaneously co-create movement. It is truly a magical dance

WHAT WILL WE DO IN THE CLASSES? During the classes we will learn and practice the basic issues and techniques of contact-improvisation and simply practice. No prior knowledge of KI is required – all you need is a willingness to learn this form of dance, curiosity and a willingness to play and learn.
I cordially invite you, Karol Swoboda.
