Contact and Dance Improvisation

We warm up, breathe, pre-soften the body, harmonize and balance the energy to move smoothly and openly into dance. We strive to contact ourselves, to expand our perceptions, to interact creatively and sensually in space as a pair or in a group. We open up new paths of movement in the body, we learn how to use the dynamics we create in contact with a partner to smoothly transition to elevations or descending to the ground. We open up to contact with a partner, to open, share and transform moments into endless and multi-faceted dance movements. (And of course we’re having a lot of fun!) 🙂
