SONG LABORATORY workshops / RELAXATION CONCERT – Alina Jurczyszyn (Aja Piesionka), Kamila Bigus / March 23-24

SONG LABORATORY WORKSHOPS – song workshops dedicated to women

“This is the time, this time,” says Rosa Giove’s famous icaro. This time, to focus on your authenticity, your sensitivity in your voice, in your singing, in your breathing. Find and encounter what is most precious, what is most delicate – the truth of one’s own song.

Free Song. A true song. A song that regained its power and direction. Songs a woman who is no longer afraid, but sings and dances her life, in accordance with her intuition.

We invite you to journey through polyphonic songs to awaken your voice and deepen your breathing, relax your body, discover sounds within yourself and in the space around you. We will also sit in a circle support yourself in searching for your own melodies that are just waiting to come true.

The workshop is conducted with Alina Jurczyszyn’s own method of practicing with voice, body and breath, inspired by, among others, Gardzienice Theater training and internships paramusical Institute. Jerzy Grotowski in Wrocław.

The material for practice will be traditional songs and improvised songs.

From the participants no musical experience is required, just the desire to express yourself through sound and the musicality they carry within themselves.
