LOVE YOUR VOICE – vocal and movement workshops – Zofia Trystuła / May 26

We invite you to the vocal and movement workshops: Love Your Voice!
Together we will immerse ourselves in new sound spaces to discover the beauty and potential of our voice!

This will be done in a way that is not always typical and obvious 😉
We may then experience delight, amazement, curiosity…

Through movement, sound, deep feeling, being here and now, spontaneity and intuition, we will look for new opportunities to express ourselves.

What will appear at the workshops:

– working with psychological blocks in singing
– voice emission
– voice exposure in motion
– working with resonators in the body
– integration of body and voice
– polyphonic songs
– vocal, movement and melorhythmic improvisation
– work with the senses; e.g. developing deep hearing through the sense of touch
– autoregulation of tension with voice
– sound massage

Some of our exercises and interactions will be supported sonically. There will be ethnic instruments such as the Persian santur dulcimer, the Armenian duduk, the Caucasian blul flute and the shamanic hoop drum.

No prior musical preparation is required.
Both people who are at the beginning of the path full of expression, singing and movement, as well as those who have already been involved in this area, will be able to meet in search and take advantage of joint activities.
It is a good idea to take comfortable clothes that do not restrict your movements.
The workshops will take place in Kontakt, a beautiful space in the heart of Krakow.
