I invite you on a unique, 4-week journey in which your body ceases to be a project to be repaired and becomes a home worth caring for with love.
In the spirit of body positivity and mindfulness, I have prepared a series of sessions where the pace slows down so that precision can increase. We’re not looking for records—we’re seeking connection with ourselves, paying attention to every detail: from the top of your head, through your eyes, to your toes.

Quality over quantity: We go slower, but more precisely. We focus on technique that ensures safety and real results.
Pleasant satisfaction: Despite the slow pace, you’ll feel your muscles! I guarantee post-workout dopamine and that healthy, “good” tiredness that gives you strength for the rest of the day.
Eyes in focus: Since vision is the apple of my eye, each session will be enriched with relaxation and training techniques for your eyes.
