In April 2021 we meet Mate Thai, who shares his knowledge and practice in a wonderful way.
We invite you to a two-day, intensive course devoted to Thai Dynamic Massage.
Get to know Thai massage where there is no pain, but there is movement, flow and a lot of fun! 🙂
During the course we will massage our hands, forearms and feet.
As dynamic massage requires active massage participation, our body awareness, overall coordination and even condition will increase.
If you already massage, you will broaden your professional knowledge, and if you want to start massaging, joining the course will be the right step on your way.
We have a lot of work ahead of us, but most of all pleasure and fun, which will bring many benefits for your body and well-being.
The classes are intended for people who already practice Thai massage, as well as for fans of other types of massage, body work and people interested in conscious touch.
In the daily practice of Thai massage, an important complement to the classic and often “strong” traditional techniques is its dynamic version: changes in the massage rhythm, the use of other movements, rocking, circulation. The use of these techniques reduces tension and – just like dancing – engages the whole body. The dynamic style can be likened to the element of water – it brings a refreshing, life-giving pulse and vitality. It significantly improves the functioning of the circulatory and lymphatic systems. It also has an invaluable healing effect on the work of the nervous system.
The master of dynamic style is Chaiyuth Priyasith, a Thai practitioner and teacher from Chiang Mai. The knowledge of dynamic style is passed on and developed by his outstanding students, including: Arno L’Hermite, David Lutt, Takis. Last year, the traditional Thai Nuad Thai massage was included in the UNESCO list – the intangible cultural heritage of mankind 🙂
WORKSHOPS WILL BE LEADED BY:
Mateusz Flak – MATE THAI Thai massage practitioner (since 2014), teacher, organizer of workshops and courses in Poland and abroad. He has completed several dozen trainings and courses in traditional Thai massage and dynamic Thai massage. Since 2017, he has been studying Osteothai with the author of this method, David Lutt from France. “In Thai massage, I am fascinated by the combination of its healing function with the energy exchange that each session provides. It is a unique and extraordinary experience. ” https://www.facebook.com/matethaimassage/
