We invite you to a workshop led by Dominik Trznadel.
Dominika’s yoga practice combines over 900 hours of teacher training under the supervision of senior Yin Yoga Jo Phee, both as a senior assistant during her training and as a student. Dominik spent over 7 years in China to deepen his knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is the basis of his Yin Yoga practice. In his practice, he oscillates between modern yoga, meditation and the secrets of ancient TCM art. Dominik also combines acupressure with Yin yoga,
massage techniques, Qi Gong and the balance of lifestyle and diet in accordance with the recommendations of traditional Chinese medicine.

Dominik was glazed under the guidance of his mentor Jo Phee to teach Yinspiration. For over 6 years he has been actively participating in her training as an assistant and a member of the Yinspiration team. Since 2017, he has been conducting teacher training in Shanghai, and since 2019 he has appeared on the European market.
The two-day workshop is an introduction to the practice of Yin Yoga, MyoYin (Myofascial Release), Traditional Chinese Medicine and AcuYin.

During theoretical and practical classes, students will learn and deepen their knowledge using the above-mentioned techniques in the application of common yoga poses (asanas). We will stimulate subtle energy (according to the ancient art of Chinese medicine called Qi / Chi / Ki) and modern techniques of fascial stimulation to improve well-being, motor skills, sleep quality, reduce pain in sore muscles and deep relaxation.
We encourage you to participate in all four workshops, regardless of experience and knowledge. Dominik offers to translate the acquired knowledge into direct practice.

Yin Yoga: Aid Digestion
Workshop topics:

During this workshop, by learning about Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, you will learn how to effectively strengthen the digestive system. It is especially recommended for people whose daily lifestyle does not allow for healthy eating habits, which makes them prone to worry, a weak digestive system, abdominal pain and colic. This course is ideal for anyone who spends most of their time at a desk, where exercise cannot help the digestive system.

Introduction to Winter, according to Chinese Medicine

The MyoYin Workshop for Athletes offers an introduction to the ancient art of yoga (focusing on Yin Yoga) in combination with the contemporary art of fascial massage (MFR). Our main topic will be working with the areas of the body that are most exploited among physically active people.
Advantages: Find out how to effectively reduce muscle pain and relax them deeply and improve general well-being. Dedicated to people with symptoms such as low energy, chronic fatigue, low immune system, overloaded muscles or high blood pressure. This course is ideal for active people such as golfers, runners, athletes and anyone who practices sports regularly.

MyoYin: Deep Relaxation

The Deep Relaxation workshop offers an introduction to the principles of the ancient art of yoga (focusing on Yin yoga) in combination with the contemporary art of fascial massage (MFR). Our main topic will be working with the parts of the body that are the earliest to get tired, both in the case of people who lead a very physically active lifestyle and those whose everyday requirements do not allow too much movement.
Advantages: a very relaxing practice that will help us balance energy, increase motor skills and reduce tension.
Dedicated to all those who want to improve motor skills, reduce fatigue and support deep rest.
