We are pleased to invite you to our autumn AcroYoga courses in Krakow! 🙂
We will meet on Tuesday evenings. To provide you with the best conditions for training, fun, and recovery, we have prepared three types of regular meetings.
The program includes elements of both solar and lunar acroyoga. During the classes, we will teach you how to safely fly, base, and spot. You will also learn how to use your body in the most effective, healthy, and relaxed way. During each meeting, we will introduce you to detailed techniques from the broad spectrum of solar AcroYoga (Belly base/L-base/Standing acro/Group tricks) and therapeutic flying: lunar AcroYoga.
You can choose the right type of training here:

ACROYOGA inspiringly combines the wisdom of yoga, the dynamics of acrobatics, and the gentleness of massage. It’s a sensitive exchange that allows us to deepen trust in ourselves, our partner, and the space around us. It opens our senses, develops empathy and communication skills. It builds stability, simultaneously strengthening and relaxing. It creates harmony—allowing us to integrate our emotions and bodies, expand our consciousness, soar high, and experience how the impossible becomes possible. It makes our bodies brimming with vital energy. It can stop time so we can feel the pure joy of being uninhibited in the here and now. WERKA TYRPA
Spontaneous movement, AcroYoga and traditional Thai massage, dance, and Play-Fight – these are special spaces for her to meet people in a state of flow. For eight years, she has been leading regular classes, retreats, and workshops in solar and lunar AcroYoga in Poland and abroad.
AcroYoga and Thai massage stole her heart in 2016. She began and continues her “Nuad Bo Rarn” practice at the Sunshine Network: Traditional Thai Yoga Massage and Ayurvedic Bodywork school, where she has also been an assistant teacher training instructor since 2018. In 2021, she completed a full-time classical massage school with elements of physiotherapy. It was then that anthroposophical medicine, along with eurythmy and a new universe of possibilities, knocked on her door. In 2023, she completed a two-year course under the supervision of Michaela Schnur, an expert in anthroposophical care and healing (IFAN). During her internship in Thailand, she enriched her body and emotion work with tools such as Tok Sen, Guasha, and Chi Nei Tsang.
She shares her love of movement and conscious touch through the AcroTribe project.

BASIA PSIUK
For over 10 years, she has been involved in AcroYoga, which combines everything she values in sport: strength and mobility work with fluidity of movement, structure with a sense of freedom, and individual effort with genuine collaboration with others based on trust.
Ballet training, martial arts experience, and eight years of pole dancing, including teaching, have shaped her approach to movement as a tool for building strength, control, and body awareness.
In her movement work, she focuses on quality and functionality, treating bodily health as the starting point of every training session. She strives to ensure that exercises truly support fitness and endurance for years to come, without overload or unnecessary injuries. During classes, she combines solid technique and safety with an intensity tailored to the participants’ abilities, creating conditions for systematic development and training satisfaction.
