About us:

~ Ewa Rumieńczyk ~

initiator of the event and yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience. Currently living in Prague, Czech Republic, where she conducts courses, classes and thematic workshops.

Yoga appeared in my life at the most opportune moment.
In 2010, I hit the mat and that’s when my path to myself through contact with the body began.
More than two years later, I started a 3-year teaching course in Krakow using the Iyengar method,
The training and stay in India opened my heart and body to the softness, gentleness, flow and joy of practice. I completed the Yoga Alliance RYT200 course in Dharamsala, India.
During over 10 years of practice, I have experienced that the female body needs special care during the entire menstrual cycle.
Currently, I am exploring the feminine dimension of yoga, inspired by the works of teachers such as Bex Tyrer and Uma Dinsmore Tuli and her work Yoni Shakti. I completed the Yoni Shakti Well Woman Yoga Therapy Teacher Training by Uma Dinsmore Tuli course.
I run yoga workshops in Poland and abroad.
