Music Journey – Concert in the Dark – Dominik Podgórski (HeartBeat)
⏰️ Friday, June 19, 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
We invite you to a unique Music Journey experience – a concert in the dark that combines deep listening, intuitive music, and relaxation techniques inspired by Yoga Nidra.
This is a space where you can pause for a moment, quiet your mind, and immerse yourself in sound more deeply than you normally would. The state of relaxation that Yoga Nidra gradually induces helps you relax your body and open yourself to a more subtle experience of music – more intuitively, calmly, and fully.
We will begin the evening with a short introductory circle and a discussion of the comfort and safety rules for Music Journey.
Lie comfortably on the mat, close your eyes, and let the sounds take you on a journey.
During the session, you’ll hear, among others:
Handpan
Rav Vast
Zephir
Ocean Drum
Rainstick
Shaman Drum
The whole experience will be complemented by overtone singing and elements of guided meditation.
✨ What can this experience give you?
• deep relaxation and calm
• rest for the nervous system
• greater awareness of sound and the body
• release of tension
• a moment of pause and regeneration
You don’t have to see to hear more.
The concert lasts approximately 50 minutes, after which there will be a gentle return to everyday life.

Dominik Podgórski, aka HeartBeat – an artist who has been exploring the therapeutic and spiritual dimensions of music for years.
