Handstand & Splits Workshop ✨
I invite you to an intensive, 3-hour workshop taking place on June 20th at the Kontakt studio.
This will be all about PRACTICE – for the entire three hours, we’ll focus on movement, exercises, and real progress. Get ready for a solid dose of bodywork
During the workshop:
• We’ll work on handstand technique
• We’ll focus on mobility and stretching for splits
• You’ll learn exercises you can continue on your own
• You’ll improve your strength, control, and range of motion
The workshops are for people of all skill levels – you’ll receive tips tailored to your individual needs.
