YOGA NIDRA with the sounds of the Tibetan bowls “Ocean”

Yoga nidra is a specific practice aimed mainly at restoring strength, calming the mind and relaxing the body. The name can be translated from Hindi as “yoga dream”, which means the state between sleep and waking, or the state when you no longer pay attention to external stimuli, but you are not dreaming yet.
The goal of reaching the state of yoga nidra is also the implementation of intentions, and more precisely the removal of barriers from the subconscious mind that prevent the achievement of the intended goal. The removal of barriers will also be fostered by identifying an individual with the whole world through surviving the state of the ocean.
The Tibetan bowls used in yoga nidra will give you a sound that will relax your body even more and calm your mind.

Classes will be held on May 22, from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm.

HAND BALANCES AND INVERTED POSITIONS

The first day will be devoted to horizontal balances (when the torso is in a horizontal position). We will be working on asanas such as bakasana, kaudiniasana, ashtavakrasana, majurasana, lolasana, bhudjasana, titibhasana, danda kaudiniasana and others.
The second day will be devoted to vertical balances (when the torso is in a vertical position). We will be working on asanas such as Sarvagasana, Shyrshasana, Pincha Majurasana, Adho Vrikshasana and others.
During the workshop, you will learn everything you need to know to safely perform hand balances and other inverted positions: what are the ways to achieve difficult asanas, what positions prepare for handstand, what tools and facilities you can use to achieve the desired result. Asana techniques, asana entry and exit techniques, asana variations and combinations, and transition to another asana will be covered in detail.
You will also learn what is the basis for armstand, why to do this pose in yoga, how it affects the psyche and the body. During the workshop you will get all the answers.

The workshop will be interesting both for beginners, those who have just started their way in yoga and want to achieve balance, as well as for advanced ones who want to broaden their knowledge and make progress in yoga. The difficulty level of the asanas will depend on the people attending the workshop.

Each day will consist of two parts: theoretical and practical. During the theoretical part, you will be able to drink pu-erh tea, which will give you strength before exercising.

A nice bonus for us, the end of the class for all participants of the workshop will be yoga nidra with the sounds of Tibetan bowls, called “Ocean”.
