A FEW WORDS ABOUT ME: My name is Jagoda. In dance and movement, I am most interested in the relationship between the body and emotions. Dance moves me. When I move, I feel alive.
I also feel my limitations and difficulties in dance, which manifest in movement. When I feel like dancing, it is a sign to me that I am in a good place – that life energy is flowing through me. When I do not feel this energy – dance helps me awaken it.
When I dance, sometimes I am tender and delicate, sometimes crazy and wild. I like fooling around, having fun, I like listening and being attentive. I like to give and take.
I have been dancing for as long as I can remember, and 5 years ago I discovered the therapeutic power of dance and began to perceive the body as a tool with which we experience reality.
I have participated in many different workshops, courses and festivals, including: in the Workshops on Improvisation Methodology and the Workshops on Choreography and Movement Composition with Iwona Olszowska, in the Course on Movement Composition, Contemporary Dance and Therapeutic Dance with Alicja Miszczor, Radical Somatics in Contact Improvisation with Christiane Cole. I am a graduate of the Course on Dance Therapy Techniques and Movement Analysis at the IBA Dance and Movement Therapy Centre. Together with Agata Moląg, I run dance classes for people with Parkinson’s disease.
In my workshops, I use exercises that anyone can do, regardless of experience or lack thereof. We dance solo and with others. I draw inspiration for running classes from, among others, intuitive dance, contact improvisation, GAGA language, Dance Movement Therapy.

Personal development trainer with an integral approach. Both professionally and in my personal life, I explore and use various methods of working with the body, mind and spirit. I lead people through transformation and assist them on the way to live with passion, joy, harmony and power. I support through training, workshops, coaching and mentoring, as well as teaching meditation or conducting regular movement classes.
Two years ago, I included the traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Nui massage in my work – the unusual spirit of this practice is very close to my heart and I am happy to carry its gifts further, soothing the bodies and souls of my clients.
I am a mover by nature and passion. Sport and body work have always been on my way. In my youth I trained in running, swimming and karate kyokushin for 8 years. A more conscious approach to the body began 16 years ago, when I started my adventure with yoga and then with meditation. Soon after, the first experiences with choreotherapy joined. I have always loved to dance, but this passion has fully developed in the last 5 years. During this time, I delved into improvisation, body awareness, spontaneous dance and contact improvisation (it was love at first contact 😃). I have learned from many great teachers at workshops and festivals and freely experimenting and exploring the potential of my body. I have been practicing Qi gong regularly for 4 years, I am delighted with it and thankful for what it gives me. The most recent, but very fruitful practice in this repertoire are Lowen’s bioenergy exercises or energy work per se, which I have also been using for several years.
I believe in diversity, synergy and integrity, both in the development of our entire being and in the very area of the body and movement. I believe in the intelligence and intuition of our bodies.
I believe the body is the gateway to our vital energy, to our presence, to our grounding and centering. I believe the body is a source of pleasure, joy and power. I believe that conscious work with the body hides wonderful gifts, at your fingertips.
So let’s go dance, move and wake up our bodies

My name is Milena Thomas. I am a multi-colored being who loves people.
I work with other people through contact with body, mind and spirit, because I see the human being holistically.
Yoga came to me in 2015 initially as a purely physical practice. However, it opened my eyes to how much the body, mind and spirit are connected and it started my further exploration of human potential.
I am a body, mind and spirit therapist. In my work I use hypnotherapy, massage, Reiki, sound therapy and of course yoga, which I have been teaching since 2019.

“Dance, movement, is an organic part of everyday life for me.I see wonderful partnerships at airports, when people greet and say goodbye; I see choreographies in trams, when passengers change from one seat to another. I am fascinated by athletes and the way their bodies work. I watch children who are great performers and have an extraordinary stage presence even when repeating the same exercises. Improvisation teaches me that there are many movement solutions, that crisis situations during dance have great potential. Every crisis in which we remain attentive and honest can bring new solutions – just like in life. There are even more reasons why dance is my passion, but I want students and viewers with whom I share my experience to find their own goals.”

Mission of the Voice - meeting around songs / NEW, Mission of the Voice / start: 6/09
I have been gaining experience in working with my voice for years. Workshops, meetings with masters, musical projects, my own observations – many things contribute to the path I am walking. My passion for yoga and dance helps me better understand my body, and therefore my voice. I find joy in simple things, and contact with nature and time spent on the mat make it easier for me to hear silence in sounds.
I draw the most inspiration from traditional music from different parts of the world.
It is at the source that I encounter the extraordinary world of voice emission, with the community in experiencing singing, but also with a deep, individual experience.
In lessons and workshops, I focus on exploration, acceptance and fun.
I help find what is still inside us: a powerful tool – our natural, free and beautiful Voice.
