Deep relaxation with live music – yoga with the sounds of handpan – Joanna Przystał, Michał Brańka
Imagine that:
You are lying comfortably on a mat, on a warm wooden floor.
There is silence in your head – no stress, no rush of thoughts.
Your body is relaxed, stretched, free of pain and tension.
And on top of that – the relaxing sounds of handpan resonate around you.
We invite you to a unique event that will combine relaxation yoga classes (no complicated positions, it will be a level for everyone) with live music.
During the classes, we will focus on free, relaxing work with the body, and in this we will be accompanied by the sounds of handpan – an extraordinary instrument with a cosmic sound that will allow you to enter a state of deep relaxation.
During this meeting we will take care of:
stress reduction,
deep relaxation of the body and mind,
building awareness of your own body.
For whom?
These classes are for everyone – regardless of experience and current physical activity.
Even if you have never practiced yoga before, this is the perfect time to try it!
