Hand balances and inverted positions
Everything you need to know to learn to safely perform hand balances and other inverted positions, from handstand, headstand, ashtavakrasana, kaudiniasana to bakasana and many more; you will learn how to enter these items and move from one to another. What are the ways to achieve difficult asanas, what tools and facilities can be used to get the desired result.
We will discuss in detail the techniques of doing asanas, getting in and out of an asana, and transitioning to another asana. What is the most important thing in handstand, why do this pose in yoga, how does it affect the psyche and the body?
You will find the answers to all these questions at the workshop. P.
during the practice, we will work with the muscles of the legs, abdomen, back, arms, shoulders, neck and, most importantly, we will work with your brain, and more precisely with the movement mechanism. You will learn how to make corrections and how to belay yourself and use aids such as cubes, rollers and belts.
The workshop will be interesting for both beginners and advanced.
The difficulty level of the asanas will depend on the people attending the workshop.
The workshop will consist of two parts: theoretical and practical.
During the theoretical part, you will be able to drink pu-erh tea, which will give you strength to exercise.
As a nice bonus for all participants of the workshop: yoga nidra “The Source” for free.
