3-8 FEBRUARY (from Thursday to Tuesday) – 40-hour TEACHER TRAINING: YIN Yoga and TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE with Beyinyang Dominik Trznadel Yin Yoga
The course is dedicated to all those who want to become / or are currently yoga instructors and want to better understand how to introduce students to the world of Yin Yoga.

Workshops: BODY RECONNECTION – training balls / Paweł Konior and Sarah Solea
During this workshop, we will work with partner games inspired by monkey fights and the Ido Portal method. This time, tennis and training balls will be used as “teaching aid”.
