Workshop: Natural Body Movement – Iwona Krugły /October 18, 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Natural Body Movement is the practice of building a genuine relationship with the body—based on trusting its wisdom and attending to its needs. It’s a return to oneself through movement, mindfulness, and breathing.

Working with key techniques that activate the body, restore flow, awaken awareness, and bring a real sense of relief, freedom, and lightness.

It’s a process that opens and allows one to regain contact with oneself. It restores harmony, supports regeneration, and overall well-being.

What’s on the agenda:
• Body and mind reset – breathing techniques, self-massage, micro-movements, somatic work
• Awareness of your energetics – learning to feel, connect with, and navigate the flow in your body
• Natural, authentic movement – guided movement and spontaneous dance, listening to and following your body
• Body awareness and feeling – elements of Pilates, Feldenkrais, fascia work, stretching, and mobilization of all muscle groups (including respiratory ones)
• Integration and regeneration – calm, meditation, body recording.

For whom:
• For those stressed and overworked,
• For regular exercisers who want to understand their body from a different perspective and improve the quality of their movement,
• For anyone seeking greater awareness, flow, and authenticity, even in their daily lives.
There are no requirements regarding your starting level. You may find that your level is different than your mind assumed…

Effects after the experience:
• a sense of ease in the body and mind,
• greater freedom of movement, expanded breathing,
• tools you can use in your life, your daily practice, or other forms of movement.
