At this time of the year, when the outside word is dominated by the cold and stillness, Life pulsates beneath the surface, preparing in Silence for its next blossoming. I believe we can hear it by listening deeply.
What does Silence move within me?
How does Silence move me?
Can I touch Silence while staying in Contact with another being?
How can I enter into the spoken word from the place of Silence?
These are just a few of the questions that this Sunday gathering may invite us to explore. It will not take a form of a guided workshop but rather a living laboratory, co-created by each participant.
Each gathering will begin with a short cirlce to meet each other and discuss the structure we will follow together. Then we will enter the Silence together and move on to solo time – for individual practice, listening to the needs of our bodies and the Silence within us. From this place, the space will open up for a Contact Improvisation jam, which will last 2 hours. After a jam, there will be time for a gentle ending of the process, the return to words and a closing circle.
I invite people with the previus experience of Contact Improvisation practice, ready to start on time and stay for the whole duration of the process.
See you in Silence ✨

Gosia about herself:
Silence nourishes me. It allows me to connect to the part within which is the most alive but often difficult to grasp in the daily multitude of stimuli and thoughts.
For a long time, I equated the possibility of experiencing Silence with seclusion, withdrawing from the word I live every day. Since I began to practice and experience being in Silence with others, it has changed my perception of relationships. I see great value in being together without words, I want to eplore this, create supportive conditions for it and invite others to this experience. In the city and in everyday life.
The inspiration for this gathering came from participating in events centered around Silence and Contact Improvisation practice: Contact Silence Retrests (Italy) and New Year Contemplative Silent Retreat (Czech Republic).
