Hand balances and inverted positions

Day one will be dedicated to horizontal balances (when the torso is in a horizontal position). We will work on asanas such as: bakasana, kaudiniasana, ashtavakrasana, majurasana, lolasana, bhudjasana, titibhasana, danda kaudiniasana and innani.
The second day will be devoted to vertical balances (when the torso is in a vertical position). We will work on asanas such as: sarvagasana, shyrshasana, pincha majurasana, adho vrikshasana and others.
During the workshop you will learn everything you need to safely perform balances on your hands and other inverted positions: what are the ways to achieve difficult asanas, what positions prepare you to stand on your hands, what tools and facilities you can use to achieve the desired result.

They will be discussed in detail the techniques of making asanas, entering and exiting asana, asana variations and their combinations, transitions to another asana.

You will also learn what is the basis for standing on your hands, why do this position in yoga, what effect it has on the psyche and body. During the workshop you will get all the answers.
The workshop will be interesting both for beginners, those who have only started their way in yoga and want to achieve balances, as well as for advanced ones who want to expand their knowledge and make progress in yoga. The level of difficulty of the asanas will depend on the people taking part in the workshop.

Each day will consist of two parts: theoretical and practical. During the theoretical part it will be possible to drink pu-erh tea, which will add strength before exercise.
A nice bonus for all those taking part in the whole workshop will be yoga nidra with the sounds of Tibetan bowls, called “Ocean”.

– yoga nidra 18.30-19.30. *(you can only come to YOGA NIDRA classes, then the entrance costs 30 PLN).

*YOGA NIDRA to the sounds of Tibetan bowls “OCEAN”

Yoga nidra is a specific practice aimed mainly at renewing strength, calming the mind and relaxing the body. The name can be translated from Hindi as “dream yoga”, which means the state between sleep and wakefulness, or the state when you no longer pay attention to external stimuli, but you are not yet dreaming.

The purpose of achieving the state of yoga nidra is also the realization of intentions, and more precisely the removal from the subconscious of barriers that do not allow to achieve the intended goal. The removal of barriers will also be facilitated by the identification of the individual with the whole world by experiencing the state of the ocean.
The Tibetan bowls used during yoga nidra will give you a sound that will allow you to relax your body even more and calm your mind.

Classes will take place on 22.05 from 18.30 to 19.30.
