VOICE YOGA – a holistic voice work course.
Voice Yoga is a series of sessions in which the voice and body begin to work in harmony.
Through movement, breathing, relaxation, and sound, we learn to release psychophysical tensions, emotional blockages, and regain contact with our authentic sound.
This course is for both voice practitioners (teachers, therapists, coaches, actors) and those who feel they want to discover their voice and sing with greater freedom and confidence.
No previous experience is necessary – we work gently, mindfully, and in a safe atmosphere.
Course program – 8 sessions, 8 stages of voice immersion.
Each session focuses on a different area of the body and awareness, gradually building fullness, freedom, and resonance of the voice.
