As part of the series of workshops “The Art of Touch”, we invite you to the next edition of the workshop: CAREFUL TOUCH – foundations of the language of touch.

We will take care of the basis, the foundation of what all manual therapies, massages and our contacts with others are based on. Contacts with loved ones, partners, children, friends, but also other people present in our lives.
We will try to tame and enjoy this fascinating but not the easiest language of touch.

This workshop is aimed at:
👉 to people who like to touch and be touched and would like to be even better at both roles;
👉 to people who do not like to touch or be touched and would like to better understand why this is happening and perhaps change their relationship with touch;
👉 to people who work with touch on a daily basis (massage therapists, therapists, nurses, beauticians, personal trainers, yoga teachers, physiotherapists, dancers) and want to improve its quality and use it more consciously
Regardless of whether you have thought about the role of touch in your life before, you will discover a lot about yourself and your relationship with others through touch. You will become more proficient in using touch in its many forms

🙌 The workshop will be primarily practical.
It will be conducted jointly by Alfonso Cazenave (Karuna Bodywork) and Rafał Kałuzieński (Dobre Masowanie), who deal with holistic work with people on a daily basis using various methods based on touch.
YOU WILL LEARN PRACTICALLY:
– how to apply good touch
– how to avoid bad touch
– how to transmit and receive information by touch
– what touch is necessary for any good massage
– what is the therapeutic touch about
– how to give touch without unnecessary effort
– forms and techniques of touch
