⏰️ DECEMBER 5-7
1 day theory (3 hours) + 2 days workshop

Challenge – discover what makes you fearless.

Meisner’s acting techniques and Jacques Lecoq’s physical theatre tools will help us discover this.

During the workshop, we will immerse ourselves in a performance method based on a deeper understanding of life, humanity, and the courage to be oneself; we will learn methods that enable meaningful, fulfilling, and empowering creativity.

The workshop is intended for the Fearful Author – a professional or aspiring theatre/music/dance/circus artist over the age of 25 who is experiencing a crisis.

Watching over and guiding us as we develop our creative wings will be:

Lana Biba – an award-winning theatre artist from London, working at the intersection of art and spiritual development. Co-founder and artistic director of an international theatre company specializing in physical theatre. A student of Marcel Marceau, she has collaborated with Akram Kahn and Cirque du Soleil.  Certified Kundalini Yoga instructor.
