“The Inner Sea” – a series of meetings with the Life/Art Process® method – Magdalena Burtan / course start: January 23

The Inner Sea is a cycle of creative‑therapeutic meetings based on the Life/Art Process® method. It creates a space for regular, weekly immersion into our inner sea – emotions, feelings, the subconscious, visions, dreams, and imagination – and for expressing them through creative action.

Using this method as our guiding path, we will listen to the body, open space for the flow of emotions and feelings, and then give them form through dance, drawing, and writing.

Our everyday life and inner world will become the inspiration for creation. Through this, the process we build together becomes a place where art and life intertwine, support, and nourish one another.

If this winter you long to slow down, rest, and at the same time take care of your inner world and creativity, this cycle may bring you warmth and soothing.

According to its creators, there is a deep connection between life and art that can support healing, change, and transformation.
