The Fluid Body Contemporary dance with somatic elements – Magdalena Burtan

Classes based on fluid, organic, and ergonomic movement that promotes connection with one’s own body and brings joy to dance.

Each session includes a warm-up, motor exercises inspired by movement practices, and short choreographic sequences. We work on body awareness, mobility, coordination, and movement expression, developing dance skills and movement quality.

We accept Kontakt Passes, single entries, Multi Sport cards, and Medicover cards (cards with a 10 PLN surcharge).

REGISTRATION: NO registration required, just show up.
