STRINGS AT THE SOURCE IN CONTACT
Imagine a space where time slows down and the world begins to vibrate to your rhythm. Lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and allow the first notes of the strings to unfurl over you like a silk scarf.
I invite you to a violin bath—an experience that opens the door to profound solace and subtle inner transformation.
What is a violin bath?
It is an immersion in a vibrant, pulsating space of sound.
The violin creates landscapes—sometimes delicate as morning dew, other times deep and rich as the evening sky. Waves of melody wash over the body, vibrate in the chest, relax the shoulders, smooth the breath, and the interwoven elements of Yoga Nidra support relaxation and grounding in the heart space.
✨What can you experience?
• deep relaxation,
• soothing of emotions and regeneration of the nervous system,
• a sense of lightness and inner clarity,
• the emergence of space for breathing, insight, and new ideas,
• a gentle relaxation of the body that lingers long after the session.
We meet in a unique space – at Kontakt, a place close to my heart and where I have often enjoyed creating music of the moment with friends, where a family atmosphere and the freedom of being resonate. Come and feel yourself ⟡ Bring your favorite blanket and pillow for comfort, and if you have a yoga mat, bring it with you on this journey too ⋆✴︎˚。⋆

About me:
Agnieszka Pałczak, creator of Struny u Źródła (Strings at the Source), is a sensitive soul rooted in Lemko folk music, where she has played in numerous bands since childhood, traveling with them through folk scenes and connecting with musicians from various countries and cultures along the way. A lover of jam sessions, especially around a campfire, where she reconnected with the natural expression of the soul – sharing pure light in the simplicity of playing together and observing the flow of fire and music. For her, music is a channel for telling stories, emotions, connections, and goodbyes. As part of her “Strings at the Source” project, she explores a yogic approach to sound, including participating in a three-module Naada Yoga course with Agnieszka Hari Kartar, where she learned about Hindu ragas and their impact on the inner state. In Tenerife, she immersed herself in the teachings of Bhakti Yoga and Kirtan as part of the 50 TTC course with Yoga Alliance. The relaxations at the beginning of each session draw on knowledge from the Yoga Nidra teacher training course with Robert Ishwar Markiewicz.
