SONG LABORATORY WORKSHOPS – song workshops dedicated to women / Relaxation concert: SOURCE OF SOUND – Alina Jurczyszyn, Kamila Bigus / MARCH 29-30

SONG LABORATORY WORKSHOPS – song workshops dedicated to women

“This is the time, the season” – says the famous icaro Rosa Giove. This time, the season to open up to your authenticity, your sensitivity in your voice, in your singing, in your breathing. To find and meet what is most precious, what is most delicate – the truth of your own song.
A free song. A true song. A song that has regained its power and direction. A song of a woman who is no longer afraid, but sings and dances her life, in accordance with her intuition.

We invite you to a journey through polyphonic songs to awaken your voice and deepen your breathing,
to relax your body, discover sounds in yourself and in the space around you. We will also sit in a circle to support each other in searching for your own melodies that are just waiting to come true.
The workshop is conducted using Alina Jurczyszyn’s original method of practicing with voice, body and breathing, inspired by, among others, training of the Gardzienice Theatre and paramusical practices of the Jerzy Grotowski Institute in Wrocław.

The material for the practice will be traditional songs and improvised songs. Musical experience is not required from the participants, but the desire to express themselves through sound and the musicality they carry within themselves.
