ABOUT THE CLASSES:
I invite you to join sessions where, through somatic exploration, we will begin by connecting with ourselves and the group, and from there let the dance unfold. We will focus both on the technical aspects of Contact Improvisation and on the practice of shared scores, which will allow us to experience dancing in duets, trios, and as a whole group. We will follow what arises during each meeting – with attentiveness, mutual support, and the joy of developing a collective movement practice.
