By unblocking the flow of energy and awareness throughout the body, we will practice a state of open mind and open heart, which expands our self-awareness in our relationship with ourselves, others, and the world. This activates or strengthens our life energy and the power to act and fulfill ourselves.
SPONTANEOUS MOVEMENT TO THE RHYTHM OF LIVE DRUMS AND SPECIALLY SELECTED MUSIC
We are accompanied by beautiful music matched to the rhythm of the group and played straight from the heart on drums, guitar, and computer. During the practice, we encourage you to use your voice.
Whether you’re familiar with Movement Medicine or not, come along.

Information about the instructor
My name is MARTA DRATWA-WASYŁEK – I am a Movement Medicine teacher and moderator, a psychotherapist, trainer, and coach. I have been working with groups and individuals for 20 years. I have completed numerous training courses in coaching and group work, studies for psychotherapists and group trainers at the Institute of Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy in Krakow, and a Movement Medicine trainer training course in England. In my practice, I am guided by my heart and deep intuition. I seek a bridge between what is real and concrete and what is spiritual and insightful. I am fascinated by people, their dance, and their journey.
