Pelvis in Motion: More than just exercises – Virginia Cristin / 4 Fridays in May: May 8, 15, 22 and 29, 2026, 6-7:15 p.m.

The pelvic floor has been talked about almost everywhere lately. But what exactly is it? Is it a topic reserved only for women? Does our body actually store unexpressed emotions there? And are the only way to “train” the pelvic floor with the famous Kegel balls?

If you’ve ever asked yourself these questions—or simply feel like your body needs more attention—these sessions are for you.

In May, we’re launching a series of four “Pelvic Floor in Motion” sessions.

What are these sessions (not)?

We won’t be twerking or belly dancing. “Pelvic Floor in Motion” is a regular practice dedicated to conscious activation and relaxation. It’s a combination of physiology, movement, and mindfulness.

When: Friday, May 8, 15, 22, and 29, 2026,
6:00 PM – 7:15 PM

For whom?

We invite every woman, especially those who:
Have been pregnant and giving birth (not postpartum)
Suffer from aches and pains, endometriosis, or painful periods
Are entering perimenopause and menopause
Spend more than 5 hours a day sitting
Simply want to better understand their body and feel more confident in it.

What will we do?
Instead of formulaic exercises, we will focus on a holistic approach:
We will activate the diaphragm – because breathing is the foundation of working with the pelvic floor.
We will relax and activate the hips and glutes – releasing accumulated tension.
We will activate the “core” – learning how the pelvic floor works with the rest of the body.
Mindfulness practice – we will understand exactly where our pelvis is and what role it plays.

Who is leading?

The classes will be led by Virginia Cristin, a Pilates instructor and visual awareness trainer. As an experienced mother who has personally struggled with pelvic floor issues, she combines professional knowledge with a genuine understanding of women’s needs. Her approach integrates movement, breathing, and the senses, offering a completely safe space for self-improvement.
