DAY 1 / FRIDAY, September 27

OSHO KUNDALINI MEDITATION:

This is not a serious meditation! And definitely not a silent one.

In this meditative, therapeutic practice, we will induce kundalini energy by shaking our pelvic area, dance, meditate and than relax – forming a full energetic cycle of Pranic energy.

This is one of the most common practices as taught by Osho, and is still practiced every evening in each Osho ashram in the world.

DAY 2 / SATURDAY, September 28

MORNING / 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

‍HAND BALANCE WORKSHOP:

Hand balance poses are the step-family of Yogasana poses – demanding a different focus towards execution.
In this workshop we will learn how to perform efficient warmup that build the relevant muscles, how to balance on the palms correctly, and will explore many different Hand balance poses.

AFTERNOON / 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m

OSHO NO-DIMENSION MEDITATION

This esoteric practice fuses the essence of Osho’s theory in practice with the Sufi mystic practices.
During the practice, we will perform a SUFI DANCE, practice Sufi swirling and relax our body and use these movement schemes to relax our body and mind completely.

EVENING / 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

WORKSHOPS: ACRO YOGA PARTY
A funny workshop – mixing dance, stretching, couple yoga, acroyoga, laughter yoga and just fooling around! Because, Why take life so seriously?

☀️ABOUT TEACHER:

Yotam Viccaranand Adler is a veteran Yoga teacher and a meditation instructor, based in Portugal, Israel and India.
In the past few years he also became very popular in the Ukrainian yoga festival scene.
This will be his 5th visit to Poland.
