During yoga classes you are bothering you with many questions that have not been answered?

I invite you to a yoga immersion in knowledge and practice, it will be time spent in good company and in the beautiful space of the Contact.
During the workshop, you will find answers to questions that may have crossed your mind:
What exactly are mantras and what are they used for? What do the terms bandha and mudra mean? How many asanas actually are? Why do we use names in Sanskrit? How many types of yoga do we have and where do they come from? What is the purpose of yoga practice? What are chakras and does it even work? Why Ashtanga yoga is not the same as Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and what are its assumptions. What does the yogi diet look like?
WORKSHOP PLAN:
10:00 – Opening of our meeting in the form of a circle.
10:30 – Pranayama – learning to control the breath.
11:00 – Introduction to Shatkarma Kryia – discussion of the cleansing techniques used in Hathayoga. Practical use of selected techniques.
12:00 – Vinyasa flow – yoga to awaken the body.
13:30 – Vege lunch of Indian cuisine.
14:30 – Fundamentals of yoga philosophy and yoga issues. Q&A session.
16:00 – Sauna (for volunteers) – we clean and warm up the body before evening practice.
17:00 – Calming practice – opens the body, relaxes the fascia, calms the mind.
18:30 – Common chanting and farewell circle.
About the lecturer:
Alicja Poloczek (Yoga Lady)
Licensed Yoga Alliance teacher. She received teacher’s certificates 200 and 300 RYS in the cradle of yoga – Rishikeshu (India). He deepens his yoga knowledge by participating in numerous workshops conducted by Polish and foreign teachers, incl. from France, Germany, Malaysia, Russia and India. Promoter of yoga as not only a practice of the body, but also a philosophical value system.
