Harmony of Voice and Body – it is work on the voice in a holistic concept (body, emotions, voice).
It is a training that draws from yoga, physical exercises to release tensions in the body, tuning fork techniques and personality coaching. It is also polishing beautiful polyphonic songs with subtle work on the technique

The Harmony of Voice and Body Workshop is a training that includes intensive motor work, exercises for conscious and efficient breathing, warm-up and vocal practice. The natural consequence of these activities is a relaxed, free body and awareness of its participation in the production and extraction of sound. Each workshop is a process by which participants are introduced through a variety of hands-on exercises – in pairs, individually and in a group. Important elements of the workshop work include building dialogues through common singing, the ability to differentiate the expression of the voice, its dynamics, intentions, as well as finding your natural tone of voice. The material for creative work are beautiful polyphonic songs. Harmony is understood here in many ways – harmony as a harmony of voices in singing, as a feeling of harmony with oneself, attunement with space and – finally – a feeling of unity of body and voice.
