MY BODY IS MY HOME – GENTLE IMMERSION IN MYSELF. – Tea ceremony, various forms of body work – Alyona Andrishak, Veronika Pronyakina / February 24, 12:00 p.m. -4:00 p.m.

We invite you to a workshop combining the Chinese tea ceremony with bodywork practices to restore yourself to a harmonious state.

We will open our circle with a traditional tea ceremony, get to know each other, share our current states.

Then we will abandon words for a few hours and devote ourselves to working with the body.
During the meeting, we will use a mixture of techniques from various areas: contact improvisation, theater improvisation and bodywork techniques.

All these techniques are simple and accessible to everyone, there is no need to have a specific level of physical fitness or dance experience.
There is no concept of correct or “wrong” exercise. It is a space for free exploration of yourself, your behaviors and reactions, body impulses, the ability to feel another person, and work in pairs and groups.
It is a space where, through movement and dance, we can conduct dialogue and even create an entire story without using words.
Eye contact, gentle touch, slow solo and group movement, hugs and calm conscious breathing are simple and effective tools that can quickly and effectively return us to a harmonious, healthy state of mind. They can create a sense of cozy and safe space to discover ourselves, explore our movement and the way we connect with other people and the world.
We will end our meeting with a gentle and slow exit through conversations during the tea ceremony.
There we can share impressions, feedback from the group, analyze changes in the body and mood, moods in the mind that may occur during the meeting.
