Musical Envelopment – Olga Mytnik

I invite you to an hour-long musical journey with the piano. I’ll be improvising, but I’ll also be playing songs I like – mine and others. It will all create an autumnal soundtrack. Pleasant, soothing, shadowy, and sometimes dark.

I encourage you to sit lying down, but any comfortable position is fine. The piano will be in the center of the room. You can engage with it more intimately. 🙂

It’s a good idea to bring a mat (there will be several available on site, but it’s unclear if there will be enough for everyone). A blanket, pillow, and a bottle of water might also be useful. We enter the room without shoes.

After the concert – if you’d like – I invite you for tea and an exchange of feelings and thoughts.

Olga Mytnik – pianist and traveler, a lover of high mountains and deserts. A seeker of simple delights and emotions. She loves both the broadly understood classical music on which she grew up, and free improvisation. She creates spaces where music can reach the listener in the most organic way possible.
