SONG LABORATORY – song workshops dedicated to women and concert – (Alina Jurczyszyn) Aja Piesionka, Kamila Bigus / 10-11.06

⦁ SONG LABORATORY WORKSHOPS – singing workshops dedicated to women
“This is the time, the time,” says the famous icaro of Rosy Giove. This time, this time to open up
on your authenticity, your sensitivity in your voice, in your singing, in your breath. Find and
meet what is most precious, what is most delicate – the truth of one’s own song.
Songs of the free. true songs. Songs that regained their power and direction. songs
a woman who is no longer afraid, but sings and dances her life, in accordance with her intuition.
We invite you on a journey through polyphonic songs to awaken your voice and deepen your breath, relax your body, discover sounds in yourself and in the space around you. We will also sit in a circle to support each other in the search for our own melodies that are just waiting to materialize.

The workshop is conducted by Alina Jurczyszyn’s original method of practice with voice, body and
breath inspired by Gardzienice Theater training and practice
Paramusical Institute of Jerzy Grotowski in Wrocław.

The material for practice will be traditional songs and improvised songs. From the participants
no musical experience required, just a willingness to express yourself through sound and
the music they carry.
