Traditional Thai Massage Workshops in Krakow, March 28-29, 2026

We invite both beginners and people who already have experience in working with the body — regardless of previous practice. These workshops will primarily be a time for regeneration, slowing down, and meeting another person with presence and care, as well as an opportunity to deepen awareness of your own body.

During this meeting, we will teach you how to perform a body massage in a side-lying position. We will also introduce you to the pathway of energy channels Itha and Pingala — Yin and Yang. We’ll also show you how to use your own body in the most effective, healthy, and relaxed way while giving a massage.

We will also work with the breath — exploring how it influences the nervous system and overall well-being, and how it can be consciously used during massage practice.
