Alicja and Aleksandra are experienced instructors with an extraordinary approach to teaching.
For both of them, both movement / dance and voice are beloved topics, the exploration of which is endless <3
We will not only experience a specific training of the body and voice, but also awaken the layers of performative imagination.
Together, we will look beyond the usual patterns in order to express ourselves freely, trust our intuition, discover the living truth of the body and voice.

Workshops with Alicja
It is a workshop that combines such areas as: physical theater, dance improvisation, body work, work with sound (voice release through the body). The workshop begins with a warm-up, then fantastic things happen (because the body is fantastic), and finally – relaxation.
Topics:
– Motor qualities: e.g. weight, tension, relaxation
-Movement as a consequence of attunement with the body
– “Authentic Movement” – real stories told with the body
-Combining “channels”: movement / dance and sound
-Symbols of the Body
-The senses and their superpowers
-Skinner Releasing Technique
-The author’s method of Interart Dance
-Quests and playing solo, in pairs and in a group

Alicja-bio:
Alicja Miszczor: Born. in 1982 He lives in Krakow. A movement actress, dancer, improviser, experienced instructor of movement composition, dance improvisation and physical theater. The creator of the InterArt Dance method. Certified Hatha Yoga instructor. Scholarship holder of the Alternative Dance Academy in Poznań. Qualified choreotherapy instructor: Movement Improvisation and Body Symbolism (Institute of Dance and Movement Dynamics / Essen / r. Detlef Kappert). A graduate of PPSKAK in Kalisz in the field of contemporary dance. From 2008 to 2015, Iwona Olszowska’s EST dancer. From 2013 to 2015, she collaborated with the Barakah Theater in Krakow. Author of numerous performances and dance videos. She cooperates with the Kreissau Foundation, where she conducts workshops for people with physical and intellectual disabilities.

The Harmony of Voice and Body is work with voice that leaves room for individuality. It is a training that develops the ability to sing clearly and freely, by building contact with your body.
Topics:
– voice and body warm-up
-Yoga Voice
– singing technique (breathing, voice emission)
– voice enhancement, work with vibration and voicing
– “body voice” improvisation
– learning and singing traditional songs for voices
-voice improvisation in a group
– shout / call / swing – work with dynamics differentiation

Aleksandra Zawłocka – singer, actress, educator. She focuses on the new possibilities of the voice, its power in a mental and physical sense. She combines vocal training with yoga and work on movement improvisations. Vocalist of Nasmeh – a project playing traditional music of the Orient and Slavic. In 2017-2020, an actress of the Gardzienice Theater. In 2020, a guest vocalist of the Żywiołak band. A scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage in the project “Culture in the network”.
