Workshop on dance improvisation (in the contemporary dance trend) and physical theater:
Gesture shapes and interior images

We will cover topics such as:

– BREATH AND MOVEMENT
-SYMBOLICS OF THE BODY
-SHAPE AND GESTURE
– STILL (STOP) AND ITS SUPERPOWER
– INTERIOR PICTURES
-AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT

and in terms of personal development:

-FEELING THE BODY, READING THE BODY -TRANSFORMATION AND INTEGRATION OF INTERNAL IMAGES (EXTENSION OF THE INNER WORLD)
– ESTABLISHING/STRENGING CONTACT WITH EACH OTHER THROUGH CONTACT WITH THE BODY
-ACCESS TO THINGS IN MYSELF WHICH I DON’T HAVE CONTACT TO ON A DAILY DAY BY WORKING WITH THE BODY

We invite dancers, actors, performers and artists of all kinds,
as well as instructors and educators – also of all kinds.
And also people interested in working with the body/
personal development or tools in the field of choreotherapy (dance/movement therapy).
