☆ DEEP SELF-HEALING VOICE WORKSHOP – Weronika Mietelska

The self-healing power of the voice workshop focuses on feeling the voice in the body. It shows that each of us can play a Buddhist monk and learn how to massage our internal organs with our voice, stimulate digestion, relax the intestines and energize our hands and other selected parts of the body. In addition to substantive knowledge, this workshop provides participants with very deep relaxation.
In the second module, it focuses on leading the voice outside, emission exercises are shown so that at the end each participant can sing in improvisation what is in their soul.
The workshop has a therapeutic effect and brings blocked emotions to the surface. Most often, the participants increase their assertiveness (due to belly singing).
