In the Rhythm of Body and Breath – a new series of meetings with Thai massage – Weronika Tyrpa, Marysia Soltys / Saturday, August 22

We invite you to a new series of meetings at the Body and Breath Rhythm. Saturday, August 22nd, will be spent learning basic Thai Massage techniques covering the entire body.

The workshops are designed for beginners and those who want to refresh their knowledge in a pleasant atmosphere. During the workshops, we will work on a mat, exercising in loose, comfortable clothing. We will connect with our breath and the body’s internal rhythm.

The MT combines the most beautiful forms of classical Thai massage with holistic methods from around the world. The essence of the massage is “listening with the hands,” which means gently and deeply entering the tissues using the center and the body’s weight. The goal of the massage is to restore natural balance and awaken self-healing processes.

During the massage, we will learn how to move in the most effective, healthy, and relaxed way possible. We will examine how breathing affects the nervous system and our well-being.

The workshop program includes the simplest and safest techniques, so everyone is welcome to join us.

You are cordially invited,
Werka and Marysia

WERKA TYRPA
Werka has extensive training in Traditional Thai Massage, various manual therapies, AcroYoga, and art. After graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, she focused on discovering the state of flow through the creative process and bodywork. Traditional Thai Massage and AcroYoga completely stole her heart in 2016, when she began studying Traditional Thai Massage “Nuad Bo Rarn.” Since then, she has trained both in Thailand and Europe and also serves as an assistant in the teacher training program.
She leads her own workshops, courses, and development trips in Traditional Thai Massage and AcroYoga – in Poland and abroad. In 2021, she completed a two-year classical massage school with elements of physiotherapy, and in 2023, she completed a two-year course in anthroposophical therapy (IFAN).

Werka is also passionate about dance as a form of emotional expression. She is fascinated by psychosomatics and the interconnectedness between the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of life. Since 2017, she has been sharing her passion for movement and knowledge of conscious touch through the AcroTribe project, organizing and leading classes in Poland and around the world. Marysia is a registered nurse. After graduating, she continued her path towards a holistic approach to health. She first studied Reiki in India, supporting the organization of workshops for women. She then graduated from a Thai massage school near Chiang Mai, Thailand. In Poland, she developed her Thai massage skills with Asia Kubiakowska, Weronika Tyrpa, and Balazs Nemeth from the Sunshine Network. In 2024, she began studying acupuncture at institutions including the Shifen Academy. She works in a senior center and a children’s home hospice. She also belongs to the Institute of Good Death collective.

The path of a holistic approach to health has become her passion. For years, she has observed how mindful, multidimensional work with individuals can bring greater inner harmony to their lives and improve their health.
