Book 1.5 hours every Tuesday for 10 weeks. We begin an incredible journey on October 7th!
Voice and Body Harmony is a workshop I’ve been running since 2015! It helps you open your voice, activate your body, and release emotions and the imagination essential to voice work.
In addition to experience, fun, and song learning, you’ll gain the latest knowledge about the mechanisms of voice function, as the course is based on incredibly effective and modern models of voice and body work.
We will use my original Voice and Body Harmony exercises, as well as:
–> Kristin Linklater’s vocal liberation method,
–> the Estill Voice Training model,
–> Modern Vocal Training,
–> Voice Yoga,
–> voice and body work methods derived from physical theater and yoga.
WORKSHOP AREAS:
– body awareness in vocal production,
– working with the spine, pelvis, body posture, and rooting,
– opening the vocal channel,
– voice sound: sound vibration, how to voicing your voice, how to add color to it,
– discovering and activating vocal resonators – how to unblock resonators in the body so that the voice resonates more fully and freely,

– vocal projection exercises – sing the way you like, but in a healthy way! – Vocal expression and dynamics – bring life and diversity to your singing,
– Developing vocal and movement imagination – sing with your whole body!
