✨ FLOOR DANCE AND CONTACT FOR UKRAINE ✨

Let’s dance on the floor helping people fleeing the war!

The income from the workshops will be donated to help refugees from Ukraine.

✨ WHAT WILL HAPPEN

I invite you to a workshop which is a combination of floorwork and contact improvisation – in the first part we will contact you through improvisational tasks, looking for flow and surprise in partnering.
In the second part, we will look for ways to softly and smoothly stick to the floor, get in and out of the ground floor, we will learn about different variations of turns, transitions, and ways of moving around in the floor.

Aleksandra Nowakowska – a graduate of the Faculty of Dance Theater in Bytom at the Academy of Theater Arts in Krakow, actress and dancer. I do art and teach dance, recently I have been teaching at the Krakow Dance Theater. More here:
