Feeling and Healing Touch – iCUD – Paweł Cyrek, Marcin Kluza / January 18

“Healing Touch” is not just the title of a wise book. It is, above all, Feeling and Mindful Touch, through which we can give and receive healing.
How?
We learn body feeling and touch from Paweł and Marcin, who introduce simple techniques for listening and body therapy. These are inextricably linked to the awakening of therapeutic intention – quiet, kind, and full of gratitude.
On this path of mindfulness, we will be inspired by short stories and words from Victor Frankl, Anselm Grunn, Jesus of Nazareth, and others.

We work in pairs, learning to listen to the other person’s body through our hands. With the support of the leader, we identify areas of excess tension and assist in releasing them.
We work with touch and holding, synchronizing them with the breath and the rhythms of body fluids (lymph, blood, cerebrospinal fluid).

❤️‍ We work in a focused, quiet environment, with calming music playing, allowing the therapeutic intention to guide our hands in simplicity and mindfulness.

You can come alone or as a couple :). If you prefer softness, bring your own mat or blanket ️. It’s not necessary to undress during the class.

Price per workshop for one person: PLN 100
PLN 80 for the budget option.
Or less if you can’t afford it today but want to join.

The classes will be held on two Sundays (January 18th and 25th) from 4:30 PM to 5:50 PM.

We invite you!

Paweł Cyrek – works with patients daily as a SI therapist, physiotherapist, and speech therapist (not to be confused with speech therapy). His work combines the integration of Body, Mind, and Spirit. He is interested in what is invisible, yet deeply present in the tissues.
Unable to leave the university, he stayed on for a third-cycle degree to research the impact of psychosomatics on the health of the fascia and spine. He adheres to the principle of manus sapiens potens est – a wise, thinking hand (and heart:) have great power.
He shares his experience at iCUD training courses, workshops, and in his office – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQrY1AFgSuY&t=7s
