….Dancing is women’s prayer… once this sentence came to me and it stuck in my mind.
It came back every time I surrendered to a dance movement that brought out pieces of Me hidden in the unconscious.
Each time, we realize that all Power comes from within, revealing what is sometimes difficult to grasp with the mind and communicated verbally.

And that’s what this meeting is about.
Dance is your POWER.
Dancing is your FREEDOM.

The classes are based on the circle formula.

I invite you to a women’s circle where we will sit down and share what is alive in us at a given moment.
Then there will be time and space to freely move, as you feel, with my suggestions regarding the topic of the meeting.
There may also be meditation, voice work, and breathing exercises. At the end, guided relaxation.

This time we meet during the last quarter of the moon in Scorpio. It’s the perfect time to let go and let go 😉 and dive into the bodily pleasure of being in the dance flow.
