🔥 Dear Friends. In connection with our today’s action, only AUTHENTIC JAZZ (18:15-19:30), ACTIVE STRETCHING WITH ELEMENTS OF PSYCHOMOTORICS (19:30-20:45) and CHOIR IN KONTAKT GR OPEN (19:45 – 21:00) will take place from regular classes.

We invite you to our action under the patronage of the Polish Medical Mission.
All proceeds from the shares will be donated to the PMM to help Ukraine.

The “ticket” for admission to the above events will be the payment of any donation to the fundraiser organized by the POLISH MEDICAL MISSION. (Polska Misja Medyczna / Polish Medical Mission)

* On Thursday, representatives of the PMM will be in Kontakt with cans.

* You can also make a donation to the online fundraiser and show the confirmation of payment before entering.

🇺🇦 WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

There will be 2 blocks:

🇺🇦 MOTION BLOCK – from 18:15 – 20:45 (BLUE ROOM – 1st floor)

🇺🇦 18:15 – 19:45 Yoga, pranayama and meditation for peace in Ukraine – Artem Nakonechnyi from Ukraine

🇺🇦 19:45 – 20:45 Acro Yoga workshops – with AcroTribe.

🇺🇦 MUSIC BLOCK – from 21:00 (WHITE ROOM – 1st floor)
🇺🇦 MUSIC FOR PEACE 🇺🇦

🇺🇦 Concert of Traditune bands with Ruta Mita – two befriended singing collectives, led by Sofia Herian (Ukrainian music);

🇺🇦 Concert Choir in Contact (Chór w Kontakcie) conducted by Wassim Ibrahim.

🇺🇦 The special guest of the evening will be Mr. Adam Pierończyk – According to the international press, one of the most interesting and creative European musicians, and also one of the leading innovators in Polish jazz.

Together with Vitaliy Ivanov from Ukraine they will play an improvised concert for piano and saxophone.

🇺🇦 The culmination of these actions will be a music and dance jam with the intention of peace in Ukraine (Edward Rey)

🇺🇦 At the same time, we will sell warm, nutritious soup (Izabela Karwińska – Izi na Zakwasie), books by Hubert Fryc with the author’s autograph and the Sale of Various Things (Michał Mysza, Irmina Mysza) – handicraft, books, CDs, clothes, … / CORNER ROOM (1st floor)

🇺🇦 ALL MONEY COLLECTED DURING THE ACTION WILL BE GIVEN TO UKRAINE’S HELP THROUGH THE POLISH MEDICAL MISSION!
