Crystal Bowls Concert + Nira Yoga + Lui Nui’s Loving Singing – Kamila Lui Nui // Friday, April 12, 7:45 p.m.-9:15 p.m.

Hi!:)
This is Kama Lui Nui and I invite you to a beautiful and deeply relaxing event ✨

*Key organizational information at the bottom!

We will meet in the majestic Kontakt Space in the center of Krakow to devote ourselves to… ourselves!
We will be accompanied by the cosmic sounds of crystal singing bowls, Zaphir bells and the pure sound of a mono chime 🙂

I will conduct yoga nidra for us – a deeply relaxing exercise based on our mindfulness. More about yoga nidra below 🙂

During the concert, my intuitive singing will also appear – I always receive new texts, based on the energy of the group, which I will be able to read and in a loving way I will sing the content that will help us let go even better.. 🙂

The recommended position is Shavasana, mats and blankets are provided. I’ll tell you more during the event 🙂

What is Yoga Nidra?
“Yoga Nidra (nidra means sleep in Indian), also known as sleep yoga or yogic sleep, is a meditation technique initiated in ancient times (7th and 6th centuries), which focuses on achieving a state of deep awareness and relaxation, similar to the state of sleep, but the mind is fully present. Yoga Nidra is practiced in a lying position on the back (dead body/corpse/corpse position, i.e. Savasana). Comfortable body positioning helps minimize muscle tension and creates a comfortable environment for relaxation.

The sessions are led by an instructor/guide/teacher who, through verbal instructions, guides participants through various stages of relaxation and helps them focus on their breathing, body and mind. The goal of sleep yoga is to achieve the alpha brainwave state, which is associated with deep relaxation and meditation. (…)
What are the benefits of sleep yoga?
Regular practice of Yoga Nidra allows you to enjoy many benefits. The main benefits of yogic sleep are:

reduction of stress and muscle tension, lowering the level of cortisol (the so-called stress hormone);
Improved sleep – Regular practice can help improve sleep quality and reduce insomnia problems. Interestingly, 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can correspond to up to 4 hours of sleep;
increasing awareness of your own body, emotions and thoughts. Yoga Nidra acts as a tool for deeper understanding of yourself and your reactions to various situations;
reducing anxiety and depression – practicing sleep yoga can help alleviate the symptoms of anxiety and depression. Helps minimize tension and create a calmer state of mind;
the ability to control one’s mind and emotions, which may make it easier to cope with difficulties or strong feelings;
helping to lower blood pressure;
increasing immunity;
improving creativity;
improving concentration and attention, which can bring positive effects in everyday life and at work;
increasing self-acceptance and self-trust, which can help build a positive attitude towards yourself;
improving overall well-being.
Please note that benefits may vary depending on individual experience and regularity of practicing Yoga Nidra.”

The event has a specific time frame, which may be slightly modified in the event of a large number of participants and the need to prepare themselves and the room 🙂
