Contact Improvisation Workshop: Lightness, Rotation and Dynamics!

Do you want to *float in movement*, discover the magic of *smooth transitions* and feel how your body talks to space and your partner? I invite you to the Contact Improvisation training, where gravity becomes an ally, and unpredictability – the best teacher!

Let yourself be carried away by the flow!

You will experience:

Work with lightness – you will learn to “flow” in contact, like a leaf in the wind, exploring suspensions and lifts.

Rotation in action – you will discover how spiral movements and intelligent rotations can open doors to new spaces in the body.

Dynamics as a dialogue – from a delicate touch to an explosion of energy, you will play with contrasts of pace and strength, so that movement becomes… a surprise.

Wordless synchronization – you will develop an intuitive dialogue with your partner, where *weight, breath and impulse* will become a common language.

For whom? Do you like movement challenges, laughter in a group and experiments? This is a proposition for you – regardless of your level of experience in KI.

Bring: comfortable clothing, curiosity and readiness for *rolling, twisting and improvising* in an atmosphere of ease and mindfulness.
