BUTOH – DANCE WORKSHOP IN KRAKOW HANDLING – KRZYSZTOF JERZAK (https://www.facebook.com/KokoroKJ/)

The workshop is for people interested in self-development as well as deepening and expanding awareness.
Will be for: dancers, performers, actors, people training: martial arts, yoga, etc., as well as people with therapy support therapy, confirming the search for movement, creativity, and attentive attractiveness at prices with others.

The workshop will be an activity of various methods of working with the body, creating a coherent whole together:
– Aikishintaiso (Aikido feedback gymnastics),
– Noguchitaiso (Noguchi Michizo gymnastics),
– dancing with / without a picture,
– expressing demands in dance,
– improvisation,
– dance: individual, in relation to a partner and in a group,
– meditation and deep relaxation.

Thanks to this approach, the workshop student will be able to delve into his interior (feeling, measurements, mental visions, “sense” of space, etc.) to become aware of and express sensations in motion.

BUTO Japanese “modern” dance – created in the 1950s as a result of the search for new forms of expression. Its creators: Tatsumi Hijikata and Kazuo Ohno, both negated their own tradition (Kabuki, Bunraku, Nō) and “opposed” to the Western culture. In Butoh dance, the body becomes a text, a record of human experience discovered by movement. Butoh creates opportunities for total self-expression.

Saturday – 1:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (during the visit, 20 minutes each)
Sunday – 11: 00-16: 30 (during two 20 minutes)

CHARGES PLN 250
– advance payment of PLN 50 by 5.11.2021 (the remaining part is payable in the day of the workshop)
