Jacek Ostaszewski – musician, composer, leader of the Osjan group, many years old, took care of the workshop of working with voice, rhythm and silence, as well as techniques for the development of concentration and creativity.
Pedagogue of the PWST in Krakow and guest teacher of many schools around the world (including m.in Massachusetts Institute of Technology). At the beginning of his journey, for three years he worked with Antoni Jahołkowski (an actor of Jerzy Grotowski’s Laboratory Theatre responsible for voice exercises). For many years, he has been developing his own method of musical and personality training based on specific techniques of working with voice and rhythm. Ostaszewski’s goal is to provide the method of his work to participants who are ready and professional enough to become its continuators. The group may include people with different degrees of knowledge, creative or workshop capabilities, and their participation in the workshop will be diverse. The most important thing is regularity.
