During the classes you will learn the basic techniques of belly dancing, you will learn various types of oriental dances and their characteristic rhythms, movements, gestures, costumes and attributes, you will train the isolation of individual parts of the body, you will learn the history of oriental dances, their types, special rhythms and different time signatures; you will also get to know the biography of outstanding belly dancers.

Classes will last 1.5 hours twice a week. Age and gender are not limited

I am Julia Nefedova. I am 30 years old, I am from Ukraine. At the age of 20, I got to know oriental dances for the first time and started dancing. I participated in master classes of leading dancers, I took part in competitions. Later I studied and got a license and the right to teach belly dance from the Ukrainian Association of Oriental Studies. I had my own studio in Ukraine, where I taught children and adults. I have participated in many competitions and have often won awards. I live in Krakow now.
